Description
Learn Assembly and the DLM learning program have a long history. After leading 3 certification programs, we wanted to take up the challenge of offering a long apprenticeship learning program. This format embodies our vision of combining theory and practice to develop strategic skills and enhance employability. The course lasts 12 months (399 hours), enabling students to become experts in the design, production and implementation of on-site and virtual learning programs.
At the end of the course, Digital learning managers will be able to manage a learning project completely, from design to implementation. They master learning strategy, instructional design and the design of virtual and on-site modules. From needs analysis to project management, content production and system optimization, they are capable of managing the entire process to meet challenges facing organizations.
